Privacy Policy
This page explains what Sip Solution collects through this website, where it goes, and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated September 17, 2026.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into one of our two forms. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information, and we do not ask you to create an account.
The contact form collects your name, email address and your message.
The quote request form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, the date of your event, the number of guests, the address of the event, the start and end times, your drink preferences, whether you need a portable bar, your tip-jar preference, the type of event, any additional entertainment or services you select, anything you write in the free-text field, and — if you choose to answer it — how you heard about us.
Both forms include a hidden field that real visitors never see or fill in. It exists to catch automated spam, and it collects nothing about you.
Where it goes
Submissions are formatted into an email and sent to our own mailbox. That is the whole journey. This site has no customer database, and we do not store your submission anywhere else on this website.
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and plan your event if you book us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else is involved
A handful of third parties are necessarily in the path, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Google (Gmail): delivers and stores the email your submission becomes.
- Vercel: hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it. We use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how quickly pages load. It reports performance timings, not who you are.
- Instagram (Meta): the media page embeds Instagram posts in an iframe. If you open that page, Instagram receives the request that loads those embeds.
- Google Fonts: webfonts are served from this site's own domain, not fetched from Google by your browser.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not run an analytics product that profiles you across sites. We do not operate a cross-context behavioural advertising programme, and we have nothing to sell about you because we collect nothing beyond what you send us.
Content embedded from Instagram on the media page may set its own cookies under Meta's policies, which we do not control.
Children
This site is aimed at people booking event services, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something through this site, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email events@groupofsolutions.com or call (747) 332-8603 and tell us which enquiry it relates to so we can find it.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to ask us to delete it. Use the same contact details above; we will not treat you differently for exercising those rights.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles your information — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
Questions about any of this: events@groupofsolutions.com, or Glendale, CA.
