Booking an event? Use the quote form instead
This form is the right place for a question. If you already know roughly what you want, the quote request form is faster for both of us — it asks for the date, the venue, the guest count and what people drink in one pass, which is everything we need to price the event rather than write back asking for it.
What to tell us
The four things that let us answer properly the first time: your date, the address or venue, roughly how many guests, and how long you want the bar open. Anything else — the kind of event, whether there is a theme, how many of your guests are not drinking — helps, but those four are the ones that decide whether we can do it and what it costs.
Not sure how much alcohol your guest list needs? Work it out first with our party alcohol calculator, or read what a mobile bar costs in Los Angeles.
Where we work, and in which languages
We are based in Glendale and regularly work across Burbank, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta, Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks and Downtown Los Angeles — the full list is on our service areas page. If your venue sits outside that radius, send the address anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
We serve clients and their guests in English, Spanish and Armenian. There are landing pages in Español and Հայերեն.
