What areas does Sip Solution serve?
We are based in Glendale, CA and serve the greater Los Angeles area, including Burbank, Pasadena, and surrounding Southern California communities. If your venue is outside our usual radius, send us a request — we will let you know if we can make it work.
What services do you offer besides the mobile bar?
Alongside luxury mobile bartending with cocktails, mocktails, and a soft bar, we offer hookah service, personal chef and waitstaff, valet parking, DJ and sound, photography and videography, and entertainment add-ons like a dry ice show, cotton candy, shaved ice, popcorn, and bubble machines.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We provide a curated shopping list tailored to your menu and guest count, so you purchase exactly the right products and quantities. Our team then handles everything else — mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, tools, and of course the bartending.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our bartenders are licensed, certified specialists, and we carry comprehensive insurance for your peace of mind. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, let us know and we will take care of it.
What kinds of events do you cater?
Weddings, corporate events, birthdays, engagements, backyard parties, and private celebrations of every size. Any date and time, any occasion — the bar comes to you.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — popular dates, especially weekends and holiday seasons, fill up fast. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind and we will confirm availability right away.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your guest count, drink menu, and the services you choose. Our packages are listed on the Services & Pricing page, and every booking starts with a custom quote — tell us about your event through the request form and we will craft the right package for you.
Do you serve guests who don't drink alcohol?
Absolutely. We craft mocktails and offer a full soft bar, so every guest gets the same premium experience — beautiful drinks, expertly made, alcohol optional.
What do you need from the venue to set up?
Very little — our bar is fully mobile and self-contained. We set up in backyards, rooftops, banquet halls, offices, and living rooms. Share your venue details in the request form and we will confirm the setup that fits your space.
