What arrives on the day

Our bar is fully mobile and self-contained, which means we set up in backyards, on rooftops, in banquet halls, in offices, and in living rooms with very little required from the venue. A booking includes the bar setup and breakdown, glassware, napkins, ice, mixers, garnishes, and all the tools — plus licensed bartenders to work it. How many bartenders you need

The industry standard is one bartender per 50 guests, and understaffing the bar is the single most common way a good party develops a bad line. A 100-guest wedding wants two bartenders; 150 guests wants three. We will tell you the number your headcount actually calls for rather than the number that makes our quote look smaller — and if a package includes more coverage than your event needs, we will say so. Cocktails, mocktails, and the soft bar

Every package is built around custom cocktails developed for your event, from two drinks in the Essential Sip Package up to six in the Luxe Sip Package, alongside classic drinks, beer, and wine. Guests who are not drinking get the same treatment, not an afterthought: we craft full mocktails and run a complete soft bar, so every glass at your event looks like it belongs there.

You buy the alcohol — at cost, not ours

We do not resell liquor or mark up bottles. Instead we build you a curated shopping list matched to your menu and guest count, so you buy exactly the right products in the right quantities and keep whatever goes unopened. Our team covers everything else. It is the most transparent version of this model and usually the cheapest for you.

Licensed, insured, and used to venue paperwork

Our bartenders are licensed, certified specialists and we carry comprehensive insurance. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance before load-in, tell us and we will send it over — this is routine for us, and it is worth asking any bar vendor early, because it is the step that most often stalls a booking in the final week.

One team for the rest of the event

Beyond the bar we offer hookah service, professional waitstaff, personal chef service, valet parking, DJ and sound, photography and videography, and entertainment add-ons like a dry ice show, cotton candy, shaved ice, popcorn, and bubble machines.
